Your California Privacy Rights: California Privacy Rights - Beginning January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California consumers the right to request that a business disclose what Personal information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. Verification & Requests - CoinOut must verify your identity before the request can be fulfilled. CoinOut may require government-issued identification documents and a recent photograph to verify your name and identity. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
